After studying Agribusiness at the University of Kiel and International Management at EADA Business School in Barcelona, Wilko began his career in business development and project finance, initially in the renewable energy sector and later in a fast-growing start-up.

Wilko spent six years at Argos Advisors, where he focused on executive search and was responsible for project acquisition and candidate relationships. He also co-founded and led the AI start-up ARCUS AI as CEO.

At Schlote Partners, Wilko is responsible for business development and supports clients in identifying and attracting the right executives for C-level positions. His work focuses on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
